How it works

  1. Submit a Referral – Use the form to recommend a qualified candidate.
  2. We Review & Hire – If your referral is hired and completes 90 days of employment, you’re eligible for rewards.
  3. Receive Your Reward – You’ll receive a $2,500 bonus as a thank-you.

Eligibility & Guidelines

  • Referrals must be submitted prior to a candidate applying directly.
  • Referred candidates must not be current employees or have applied within the last 12 months.
  • Referral bonuses are processed after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
  • There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make.

Program Rewards

  • $2,500 bonus for each successful referral
  • Additional incentives available for high-impact or hard-to-fill referrals
